Research-use terms

All materials offered by Avenor Biosciences are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Website content is provided for scientific and educational context only. It is not medical advice, a dosing guide, a treatment recommendation, or a representation that any material is safe or effective for use in humans or animals. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By submitting a request, the requester represents that the materials are being acquired in a qualified professional research capacity and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, institutional rules, and laboratory safety procedures.

Shipping policy

Orders may take 7–10 business days to process and ship after payment and order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, address issues, weather, availability, or events outside Avenor Biosciences’ reasonable control.

Standard shipping is $15.00. Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping. The requester is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Refunds & cancellations

Refund requests may be submitted to info@avenorbiosciences.org. Each request will be reviewed based on the order status and circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

Once payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled. If Avenor Biosciences is unable to fulfill an order, the company may offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Privacy policy

Avenor Biosciences collects information voluntarily submitted through the website, including contact details, intended research application, requested materials, and shipping information. This information is used to review inquiries, communicate about requests, coordinate fulfillment, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
